英文摘要 | This paper assesses the feasibility of establishing a customer service performance contracting system from the perspective of the Taiwan Power Company (Taipower). It starts with the definition of performance contracting and categories of performance contracts. It then, examines and makes recommendations concerning the mechanisms for promoting energy efficiency and demand-side management. It goes on to analyze the issues regarding Taipower entering into customer service and energy services businesses, including the categories of services to be provided, Taipower's existing conditions for offering the services, potential organizational setup and timelines. It also presents related strategic recommendations. |
