中文摘要 | 本研究以亞麻仁油為基質,藉由添加四乙氧基甲烷(Tetraethyl orthosilicate, TEOS)或於分子鏈中導入3-胺基丙基三乙氧基矽氧烷(3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane, APTES)製備有機無機混成胺酯化油塗料,探討其塗料與塗膜性質及作為耐熱型木材塗料之可行性。先以亞麻仁油甘油酯(Linseed oil glyceride)與二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯(Diphenylmethane diisocyanate, MDI)合成胺酯化油(Urethane oil)預聚合體,並加入金屬乾燥劑成為塗料,代號為MUO。再於胺酯化油合成時導入APTES獲得含矽氧烷基之胺酯化油(Alkoxysilane-functionalized urethane oil)塗料,代號為AFMUO。再分別添加TEOS混合溶液製成兩種可藉由溶膠-凝膠(Sol-gel)反應而乾燥之TEOS混成塗料(代號為MUO-TEOS及AFMUO-TEOS)。結果發現,添加TEOS或導入APTES均會使塗料透明度下降,乾燥時間縮短。且隨著矽氧烷基含量增加,塗膜韌性、附著性、耐衝擊性、抗彎曲性及光澤度下降,但塗膜耐熱性及硬度則增加。四種塗料中以MUO-TEOS具有最佳耐磨性、抗彎曲性、熱穩定性,且相較於對照組之MUO者,具有較高塗膜硬度並保留適當質量保留率、附著性、光澤度及耐光性,最適合做為木材耐熱型塗料使用。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the linseed oil-based organic-inorganic hybrid urethane oil coatings were synthesized by adding tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) or introducing 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) into the molecular chains, respectively, and their coating properties, film properties and feasibility for applying on heat-resistant wood coatings were investigated. To obtain urethane oil coating, named as MUO, the prepolymer was first synthesized by linseed oil glyceride and diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), and then the metal catalysts were added into the prepolymer. The alkoxysilane-functionalized urethane oil, named as AFMUO, was synthesized by introducing APTES into the MUO. Additionally, the two TEOS hybrid coatings, named as MUO-TEOS and AFMUO-TEOS, were obtained by blending TEOS with the MUO and AFMUO coatings, respectively. The experimental results showed that both of introducing the APTES or adding the TEOS into urethane oil coatings could decrease the transparency and shorten the curing time of coatings. However, the toughness, adhesion, impact resistance, bending resistance and gloss of films decreased, but the heat-resistance and hardness of films increased with increasing the content of siloxane. Among the four types of coatings, the films of MUO-TEOS had the best abrasion resistance, bending resistance and heat-stability. In addition, comparing with the MUO, the MUO-TEOS had higher hardness and kept acceptable mass retention, adhesion, gloss and lightfastness of films, and it is the most suitable for applying as a heat-resistant wood coating. |
