中文摘要 | 規律且頻繁的家庭共餐可強化家庭成員情感連結與正向心理的發展,然而有關家庭共餐與幸福感關係之研究卻仍然有限。爰此,本研究旨在從不同家庭角色成員與餐廳員工角度觀點,探討家庭共餐幸福感來源。研究採用立意抽樣法,訪談22位家庭成員與5位餐廳主管與第一線員工,並利用內容分析法分析結果,以萃取家庭成員在家或餐廳共餐之幸福感來源因素。研究結果歸納出四個家庭共餐幸福感來源因素:情感連結與歸屬感、愛的餐食、溫馨快樂的餐桌氛圍、共享美好的餐廳體驗。研究結果期能提供家庭共餐幸福感營造設計,以及餐廳業者行銷規劃之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Regular and frequent family mealtimes have been found to be significant to strengthening family members' affective bonds and positive psychology. However, few studies have focused on the relationship between family mealtimes and perceptions of emotional well-being. The purpose of this study is to explore the sources of emotional well-being for family members at family mealtimes from the perspectives of family members and restaurant employees. A purposive sampling method was used for in-depth interviews with 22 family members and 5 restaurant staff, and the data was analyzed using content analysis. The results can be summarized into four factors for sources of emotional well-being at family mealtimes: affective bonds and a sense of belonging; meals full of family love; a table atmosphere of warmth and happiness; and co-enjoyment of a great restaurant dining experience. Hopefully, the results can be a reference for the design of family mealtime well-being for family members and for the marketing and planning of restaurant operators. |
