中文摘要 | 企業經營績效良好,才能永續經營。企業除了用心經營外,還需有一個具經濟規模的市場來操作。台灣內需市場未具經濟規模,企業不得不延伸較小的內需市場到廣大的國際市場,再發揮企業較優質的經營能力,才能創造出良好的企業經營績效。因此,國際化係台灣企業提昇經營績效的重要因素。本文藉由台灣紡織業在國際貿易、研發、廣告等因素來探討企業國際化對台灣紡織業企業經營績效之影響; 實證結果顯示企業在國際化起步階段,經由國際貿易、研發等皆有助於提昇經營績效。因此,國內企業要認知自己的經營能力,在國際化的策略操作下,創造較有利的經營績效。國際化對台灣紡織業企業經營績效而言是重要的,只要經營績效好,企業才能永續經營。 |
英文摘要 | A business only persists when it is making profits. Taiwanese businesses need a greater international market to achieve greater profits. Hence, internationalization is a key component to the rise in performance in Taiwanese businesses. This article sets out to discuss the impact of internalization on the performance of Taiwan's textile industry through examining factors such as international trade, R&D, and advertisement. The results show that in the initial stages of internationalization, performance had been increased with the aid of export trade, R&D, and advertisement. Nevertheless, after internationalization hits a certain stage, performance begins to slope downwardly. Thus, business in Taiwan needs to recognize their own capabilities in managing in order for profiting performance to be achieved under internationalizing strategies. |
