英文摘要 | Global needle coke capacity reached about 1,600 kt in 2017, oil-base and coal-base each accounted for 50%. Needle coke was mainly used in graphite electrode and lithium-battery anode material. However, as the Chinese government favored the electric- arc furnace for steelmaking and promoted new energy vehicles in 2017, both situations boosted the demand for needle coke and the price of needle coke, already exceeding USD 3,000/t (2017Q4) from USD 1,000/t(2017Q1). This article briefly elucidated the related links to productions and applications of needle coke, including needle coke grade、selection of raw material、pretreatment of raw material、 delayed coking、calcination、graphite electrode fabrication、graphite electrode classification、anode material processing and anode material standard. |
