英文摘要 | Peritoneal metastasis is a common sign of advanced tumor stage or tumor recurrence in patients with gastric cancer, colorectal cancer and ovarian cancer. Cytoreductive surgery (CRS) and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) can improve overall survival in selected patients, and therefore have become the standard treatment for peritoneal carcinomatosis. Different regimens of intraperitoneal chemotherapy include neoadjuvant intraperitoneal chemotherapy, pressurized intraperitoneal aerosol chemotherapy, HIPEC and early postoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy. The efficacy of treatment with intraperitoneal chemotherapy is dependent on the multiple factors including the level of hyperthermia, the chosen drugs and its pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. The review will discuss the various intraperitoneal chemotherapy in order to understand its therapeutic strategy. |
