中文摘要 | 目的:利用無線感測技術分析體育課程大學生正確地操作重量訓練器材,達到有效率的腹直肌運動。方法:使用即時回饋腹直肌訓練測量評估系統,針對腹直肌訓練器材佈建感測元件,收集體育教師及9 名學生在課堂訓練肌肉施力的詳細數據並比對雙方差異性,且配合「羅蘭—摩里斯下背痛生活障礙問卷」及「歐式下背痛失能量表」以自填答方式評估運動後成效,進行資料探勘,並以決策樹演算法分析影響運動成效之關鍵因子。結果:一、運用決策樹分析,有系統化區分學生群組,找出復健關鍵因子。其中以訓練重量、肌力分數、進步重量及姿勢正確率是影響復健成效較為顯著的因子;二、在腹直肌訓練課程期間,指導腰背部受傷同學達到訓練重量在6.5KG 以上、肌力分數大於69.67 分,達成階段性目標後增加訓練重量2.5KG,以及姿勢正確率高於80.56%,使學生症狀獲得良好的控制與改善。結論:依據體育老師所定之動作標準予以系統化,透過無線感測技術收集資料和分析,即時提供同學檢視訓練動作正確性;老師在現場指導同學動作外,亦可根據量化資料,檢測和分析學生的腹直肌訓練成效,回饋供授課教師規劃訓練課程與評量使用。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: Using remote sensing technology to analyze the correctness of operating weight training equipment for university students in physical education class in order to achieve effective rectus abdominis training. Method: Sensing components was placed on rectus abdominis weight training equipment and relayed to rectus abdominis training instant feedback system for assessment. Specific data on muscular force application from instructors and 9 students during physical education class were collected and comparisons were made. In addition, "Roland-Morris Lower Back Pain and Disability Questionnaire" and "Oswestry Disability Index" were filled in by the participants to evaluate the effectiveness after training. Data mining was done and decision tree algorithm was used to analyze the key factors that affect effectiveness of training. Results: 1) Using decision tree algorithm analysis to distinguish students group systematically and key factors for rehabilitation was found out. It was found that training weight, muscle strength faction, weight increment, and posture correctness were the key factors for effective rehabilitation. 2) During the course of rectus abdominis training, the starting weight should be 6.5kg and above with muscle strength faction of more than 69.67 points for students with lower back injury. After achieving basic target weight, weight increment of 2.5kg was introduced with posture correctness of 80.56% in order for injured students to have better control and improvement. Conclusion: The systemization of movement accuracy by physical education instructor with the assistance of remote sensing technology enabled instructors to collect and analyze data, to provide instant feedback to students regarding correctness of training. In addition to on site guidance to students, teachers can quantify data to assess and analyze the effectiveness of rectus abdominis training to provide feedback to instructors for course planning and evaluation purposes. |
