中文摘要 | 本研究係針對引進之西班牙製番茄苗嫁接機加以應用測試。該機採氣壓裝置搭配可程式控制器、人機介面等作動,由人工供給接穗及根砧,機械分別斜切、接合與嫁接夾夾持後,再以機械手臂將完成之嫁接苗送至輸送帶上。經測試結果顯示,機械每小時作業速率390株,效率較傳統人工嫁接快1.56倍,嫁接成功率95.3%、存活率94.9%,其最大優點是機械操作無須長時間學習即可上手,可協助解決部分嫁接人力短缺與高齡化問題。 |
英文摘要 | A tomato seedling grafting performance test was conduct on the grafting machine imported from Spain. The machine consists of a barometric device with programmable logic controllers and action driven by human machine interface. To produce grafted tomato seedling, rootstock and scion were supplied manually to machine for angle cutting, juncture, clamp and then the grafted seedling was transferred to conveyor by automatic robotic arm. Testing results showed 390 tomato grafted seedlings can be produced in one hour via the grafting machine with the success rate of 95.3% and survival rate of 94.9%. The working efficiency was 1.56 times faster than conventional grafting by purely manpower. Advantage of the grafting machine is the simplified operation process enable workers to operate the machine within short learning time. The problems of labor shortage and lock of skilled workers on grafting can be solved with the aid of this grafting machine. |
