中文摘要 | 因極端降雨和海水上升的威脅,全球許多沿海城市均開始發展現代抗洪屋技術。此外,自2004年南亞大地震和2011年日本大地震後,全球開始注意在地震帶島嶼國家的複合型災害。為因應氣候變遷和土地多功能利用,內政部營建署已將高腳屋列為沿海和低窪地區的建築物選項之一。臺灣位於環太平洋地震帶,故洪災和震災一直是臺灣長期面對的天然災害類型,沿海濕地或防洪型濕地內之可能建築亦需要具備有抗洪耐震功能。本研究應用隔震系統於高腳屋模型,模擬在地震和洪患同時發生時,高腳屋有無隔震系統的影響程度。 |
英文摘要 | Floodwaters and sea level rising are growing concerns owing to climate change and sea levels rise, the modern flood against architectures are redefined and reconsidered for coastal cities. Therefore, Ministry of Interior in Taiwan passed the rule 4 No. 2 in the chapter of the design and construction regulations to allow the use of high-raised buildings for reducing life and property loss. In addition, since the 2004 Sumatra-Andaman earthquake and the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake occurred, composite hazards for islands are looked important. Situated on the Circum-Pacific seismic belt, the most threatening natural hazards Taiwan is facing over a long period of time are floods and earthquakes. This study proposed a new seismic system for a scaled high-raised house. The seismic behavior was simulated with different water levels, and the efficiency in protecting these types of structures from earthquake damage was studied. |
