中文摘要 | 員工協助方案(Employee Assistance Programs, EAPs)是組織為了促進員工福祉,以及提升員工生產力,所提供的一系列計畫性方案。本研究以文獻回顧方式介紹員工協助方案的定義、服務內容、服務輸送模式與設置模式、基本準則,並以案例分析的方式介紹員工協助方案在公部門(臺北市政府)與私部門(台積電)的應用,期能深入了解員工協助方案之實施的內容與步驟及使用情形、相關部門的合作方式、面臨的困境與挑戰,最後本研究擬提出數個可行的實施策略,以供實務單位加以應用與參考。 |
英文摘要 | Employee assistance programs (EAPs) is established to provide a set of planned programs in order to promote the welfare of employees and improve their productivity. Based on the literature review, this paper introduces the concept of EAPs including definitions, service content, service delivery systems, program models, and service principles. In addition, this paper introduces the application of EAPs in the public sector (Taipei City Government) and private sector (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company). This paper should provide clear implementation content and usage condition, department cooperation, barriers and challenges regarding EAPs. The objective of the research is to propose some feasible implementation strategies for practical organization. |
