中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討幼兒園園長分布式領導與教師專業發展之關係,採用文 獻分析法(literature review)瞭解分布式領導與教師專業發展之涵義及其相關 研究,以及幼兒園園長表現分布式領導之現況與對教師專業發展的影響,進 而探討幼兒園組織、課程、園長領導及教師等四大層面之可行有利因素,並提 供具體建議,以供教育行政主管機關及未來研究人員之參考。 本研究發現,幼兒園具發展園長分布式領導及教師專業發展之可行性, 惟欠缺完整的書面計畫,但在課程與教學實務上,早已實踐園長分布式領導 與教師專業發展之信念。因此,本研究提出具體建議為:(一)建立幼兒園園 長分布式領導之信念;(二)幼兒園園長應積極賦與教師領導職責;(三)幼 兒園教師自我角色的覺察;(四)著手研擬幼兒園園長分布式領導與教師專業 發展之內涵。 |
英文摘要 | The study investigates the relationship between directors’ distributed leadership and teachers’ professional development in preschool. Literature review seeks to understand the meaning and to look at the related researches in terms of directors’ distributed leadership and teachers’ professional development. It points out that the current practice of director’s distributed leadership and its’ impact on teachers’ professional development. It discusses educational system, curriculum, directors’ leadership and teachers’ professional development, so the improvement for preschool can be found. Some suggestions are made for the official administration and the interested researchers. The finding of the study indicates the possibility of distributed leadership and professional development in preschool. However, It also points out the need of a comprehensive written plan for practice though the implementation is done. Therefore, this study proposes to: 1. cultivate the concept of directors’ distributed leadership; 2. actively give more responsibilities to teachers from directors in preschool; 3. identify teachers’ role; 4. work on the sketch of the meaning of directors’ distributed leadership and teachers’ professional development. |
