中文摘要 | 第四輕油裂解廠於民國73 年正式商轉,於當時之時空背景下,四輕扮演提供下游廠商石化原料的角色,產品為乙烯,而其副產品:乙炔,乃使用乙炔回收系統萃取將乙炔取出,供應下游罐裝,由於下游收料量並不穩定,過剩乙炔將使用甲烷氣稀釋加壓,送至燃料氣系統,但新三輕在正式投產後,具備乙炔氫化反應的製程,於是架設新配管線將乙炔回收至新三輕,藉由乙炔氫化的製程,加氫反應轉變成高經濟價值之乙烯,創造循環經濟價值。 |
英文摘要 | In 1984, the No. 4 Naphtha Cracker was built and started to provide petrochemical materials to downstream companies and its main product is Ethylene. Acetylene, a less commercial value byproduct of No.4 Naphtha Cracker, is produced by the Acetylene Recovery Unit, which is also supplied to the downstream. The excess acetylene is diluted and pressurized with methane gas and is transported to the fuel gas system. When the New No.3 Naphtha Cracker is on line, the excess acetylene can be recycled to New No.3 Naphtha Cracker to produce ethylene with the Acetylene Hydrogenation Reactor and make higher circular economic values. |
