中文摘要 | 本文探討一位癌末病童陎對死亡的焦慮、害怕及父母親陎對失去愛子所承受的哀傷,給予身、心、靈及社會的支持與陪伴之護理經驗。護理期間筆者運用Gordon`s 十一項健康型態評估為工具來收集個案身體、心靈、與社會方陎的主、客觀資料,藉由會談、觀察、查閱病歷等方法,確立護理問題。分析歸納其健康問題有死亡焦慮、預期性哀傷、慢性疼痛。針對上述三項護理問題,提供病童個別性照護、運用輔助療法、主動積極關懷、傾聽與陪伴病童與家屬。藉由彼此的信任關係的建立及醫療團隊合作讓孩童家屬減少對死亡的害怕與焦慮,進而提升其身心靈安適,達成生死兩相安的使命。期許本文的分享可供護理人員在臨床對於癌末病童照護之參考,以提升整體性照護的品質。 |
英文摘要 | This article explores the nursing care experience of a preschool age patient with terminal stage cancer who faced death, anxiety and fear. His parents also faced the grieving of losing son. Nurse provided them physical and psychological care, social support, and accompany. During the nursing period, the author used Gordon`s eleven health assessment as a tool to collect the subjective and objective data in physical, psychological, and social aspects by talking, observing, and reading medical records. Authors identified nursing problems including death anxiety, expecting sadness, and chronic pain. To relieve these nursing problems, the author provided patient individual care by using adjuvant therapy, active caring, as well as listening and accompanying the patient and family. Through the establishment of mutual trust and the cooperation of medical team, the patient and family felt less fear and anxiety, more physical, psychological, and spiritual comfort, and felt more comfortable to face life and death. This caring experience could be inspiring and referenceable for other nurses who are caring the pediatric patients with terminal stage cancer to enhance the quality of holistic nursing care. |
