中文摘要 | 目的:本研究旨在探討南投市國中學生課業壓力、休閒調適策略與休閒效益間差異相關情形,根據研究結果可作為學生家庭、教育相關決策單位與未來研究之參考。 方法:本研究採用問卷調查法,以 101學年度現就讀南投市國中之一、二、三年級學生為研究對象,採立意抽樣方式進行問卷調查,有效問卷 470份。 結果:國中學生課業壓力與休閒調適策略有顯著相關;課業壓力的「個人因素」對休閒效益有顯著預測作用;休閒調適策略的三個構面對休閒效益有顯著預測作用。 結論:父母和師長應鼓勵規律參與休閒運動,使學生在活動過程中能降低課業壓力,而班級導師和輔導教師,將運動休閒列為一種輔導工具,不但可提升輔導功效,學生也獲得其效益。 |
英文摘要 | PURPOSE: The purpose of the study was to explore the condition of academic stress, leisure coping strategies and leisure benefits among junior high school students in Nantou City, Taiwan. The result could be a reference for further related studies. METHOD: Questionnaire survey and purposive sampling were adopted in this study. The study samples were from the five junior high schools in Nantou City. 500 questionnaires were distributed and there were 470 valid returns. The effective return rate was 94%. The results were as follows. RESULT: Junior high school students’ academic stress was significantly related to leisure benefits. “Personal factor” of academic stress could effectively predict leisure benefits. Leisure coping strategies could effectively predict leisure benefits. CONCLUSION: To lessen academic pressure, parents and school teachers should encourage students to join regular leisure activities. If homeroom teachers and guidance officers take leisure activities as a tool for counseling that will enhance counseling effects and students can acquire leisure benefits as well. |
