中文摘要 | 一個高效率的供應鏈涉及許多企業,包括原料供應商、生產製造企業、經銷商和第三方物流企業。在競爭日益激烈的供應鏈管理環境下,企業應致力于提高自己的核心競争力,將非核心業務外包,將是供應鏈管理提高效率的首要目標。其中,評選第三方物流供應商是建立供應鏈合作關係很重要的一步。本研究以Qureshi et al., (2008)所提出的TPL供應商評選指標為基礎,結合相關文獻及專家意見後,彙整出適合國內環境評選第三方物流供應商的指標。然後針對國內汽車零組件企業224家進行抽樣調查,得到有效數據樣本133份,利用因素分析法萃取出主要因素後,建構第三方物流企業評選的層級架構,包含五大構面及13項評估準則,最後以分析層級程序法進行第三方物流企業評選指標的權重評估。歸納結論如下:1.企業物流決策可以分成三階段:第一階段為物流能力分析,第二階 段為戰略因素決策,第三階段為經濟因素決策。2.物流能力分析,是企業物流委外的基礎,當企業意識到有物流能力缺口時,就會產生從外部獲取。3.戰略因素決策(SWOT),主要考量物流是否為企業的核心能力。當物流不是企業核心能力時企業應傾向委外。4.經濟因素決策(AHP),是企業物流委外的主要考量。評選第三方物流企業的經濟因素很多,概括起來可以分成五大構面:「物流技術」、「服務品質」、「物流設備」、「管理成本」與「物流直接成本」等。5.本研究所獲得的第三方物流企業評選構面與指標,可作為未來企業建置供應鏈管理之參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | An effective supply chain involves a lot of enterprises, including raw material suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and third-party logistics. Under the highly competitive environment of supply chain management, an enterprise should devote itself to enhance core competitiveness, outsourcing non-core businesses. That is, the primary goal is to increase supply chain management efficiency. Thus, evaluation and selection of third-party logistics is an important task to establish supply chain cooperative relationship. On the basis of TPL supplier evaluation and selection indexes submitted by Qureshi et al.,(2008), relevant literatures and expert opinions, the evaluation and selection indexes of third-party logistics, suitable for domestic environments, are summarized. 224 questionnaires were distributed to domestic enterprises, and 133 were returned with valid responses. Primary factors were extracted by using factor analysis, and then, ranks of evaluation and selection third-party logistics were established, including 5 dimensions 13 evaluation and selection criteria. Finally, the AHP method was used to obtain the weight of each index. The results were summarized: 1. The decision to evaluate and select the third-party logistics can be divided into 3 stages: the first stage is capability analysis, the second is factor analysis, and the third is economic factor. 2. Choosing outsource or not is based on capability analysis. When an enterprise notices there is gap in its logistic capability, it will obtain from outsiders. 3. Strategic factor decision (SWOT): logistic is considered core capability or not. If logistic is not core capability of an enterprise, it tends to obtain from outsiders. 4. Economic factor decision (AHP): economic factor is considered primarily when outsourcing. There are a variety of economic factors to evaluate and select third-party logistics, including 5 dimensions: logistic skill, service quality, logistic facility, managerial cost, and logistic direct cost. 5. The proposed evaluation and selection indexes of third-party logistics can be the reference for an enterprise to establish supply chain management in the future. |
