中文摘要 | 以往地震災害的模擬,都是設定參數後透過臺灣地震損失評估系統(TELES)模擬災後衝擊後之可能境況,如每一村里可能的傷亡及建物毀損總量等,但「地震衝擊資訊平台」(TERIA平台)則提供另一套思考模式,以500m×500m地理網格範圍為單元,在該範圍內可能的傷亡及建物毀損數量等,呈現風險分布之情形。 本研究針對宜蘭縣宜蘭斷層錯動,運用「TELES」以及「TERIA平台」,模擬宜蘭斷層震源參數,進行各式的地震模擬如PGA之震度分布、土壤液化風險、人員傷亡情形及建物損壞情形等分析,並將兩種分析模式所產出的資料特性進行比較,瞭解兩種資料應用於「災害防救演習」之差異性,提供宜蘭縣「災害防救演習」新的演練規劃想法與依據。 |
英文摘要 | Taiwan Earthquake Loss Estimation System(TELES) is a popular tool for earthquake scenario simulation --- defining parameters and running simulation to obtain the estimations such as collapsing buildings and casualty based on administrative spatial units. Taiwan Earthquake impact Research and Information Application(TERIA), however, is a new alternative with novel design by using 500 by 500 meters grid raster maps to estimate possible casualty and building damages and to assess the risk distribution. This paper compares the results, such as PGA distributions, soil liquefaction risks, building collapse and casualties, from TELES and TERIA respectively on scenario simulations by the same earthquake parameters in Yilan. By examining the differences and possible applications of the results from these tools, the findings can provide new planning frameworks and data for disaster drills in Yilan county. |
