中文摘要 | 目的:本研究之目的是先以前驅性研究進行了解肌內效貼紮對於健康跑步愛好者的小腿肌肉壓痛閾值、等長肌力、及踝部關節活動度的效果。 方法:共有14位健康且跑步愛好者參與,本研究採用平衡對抗法設計 (counterbalance design),本研究之測量變數共四項:足部背屈及蹠屈等長肌力、脛前肌和脛後肌之疼痛閾值、及足部蹠屈、背屈、內翻、與外翻之關節活動度,肌內效貼紮貼在脛後肌與脛前肌,以獨立樣本T檢定分別分析肌內效貼紮組和假性貼紮組在貼紮前足部等長肌力、關節活動度、及疼痛閾值之差異,若有差異,則將前測數值作為共變數;之後再以二因子變異數分析檢定肌內效貼紮組和假性貼紮組之差異。 結果:結果顯示足部蹠屈等長肌力在肌內效貼紮後有下降,而假性貼紮則蹠屈肌力有上升(p < .05);另外在疼痛閾值部分,在肌內效貼紮後,脛後肌的疼痛閾值耐受度有增加(p < .05),假性貼紮則無差異;足部關節活動度並未有顯著改變(p > .05)。 結論:脛前肌與脛後肌肌內效貼紮可改善健康跑者肌肉疼痛的耐受閾值,但要注意肌力下降的狀況。 |
英文摘要 | PURPOSE: This study aimed to determine the effect of Kinesio taping on muscle pressure pain thresholds, isometric strength, and range of motion of the ankle in healthy running enthusiasts. METHOD: Fourteen healthy runners participated in this study using counterbalance design. The measured items included isometric strength of ankle dorsi- and plantar flexion, pressure pain thresholds of tibialis anterior and posterior, and range of motion of plantar, and dorsi- flexion, inversion, and eversion. The Kinesio taping applied on the tibialis anterior and posterior. The repeated measurement two-way ANOVA was used to analyze the difference of 4 measured items between placebo and Kinesio taping group before and after taping application. RESULTS: The results revealed a significant interaction between group and taping condition in isometric strength of plantar flexion and pressure pain thresholds of tibialis posterior (p < .05). The Kinesio taping groups presented with lower isometric strength of plantar flexion and improved pressure pain thresholds of the tibialis posterior following tape application (p < .05). Other measured items had no significantly change following tape application. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that Kinesio taping application on the tibialis anterior and posterior improves pressure pain thresholds of the tibialis. However, we need to pay attention to the situation of decreased muscle strength at the lower leg. |
