中文摘要 | 在運動情境當中教練的領導行為會影響選手表現。因此教練與選手之間的互動關係如何建立是值得深入探究的問題。本文目的是探討運動教練領導理論在應用結構方程模式對形成型指標與反映型指標的爭議,本文運用文獻回顧法,透過形成型指標與反映型潛在變項的介紹,探討運動教練領導行為理論,運動教練領導行為研究符合理論假設但不符合反映型指標統計假設。但本文想表達的是,只要研究者提出合理的解釋,理論與參數的解釋可以適配。不管是形成型指標或反映型指標應該都可接受。本文結語指出國內諸多論文仍以反映型指標來驗證教練領導行為,但運動教練領導行為應屬於形成型指標,而偏最小平方法是唯一能處理形成型指標的軟體,建議後續研究可應用形成型指標進行運動教練領導行為研究。 |
英文摘要 | The leadership behavior of coaches will affect the performance of competitors, so establishing effective interaction between coaches and competitors is essential. The purpose of this article is to review and discuss the dispute between coaching leadership theory and the application of structural equation model to formative and reflective indicators. Results indicate that the theory of sports coach leadership behavior accorded with theoretical assumptions, but not with the statistical hypothesis of reflective indicators. However, as long as researchers propose a reasonable explanation, theory and parameter interpretation can be adapted, and both the formative and the reflective indicators should be acceptable. This paper concludes that many domestic papers still use reflective indicators to verify the leadership behavior of coaches, but the leadership behavior of sports coaches should be addressed using formative indicators. The partial least squares method (PLS) is the only software capable of handling formative indicators. This article suggests that follow-up research should analyze sports coach leader behavior utilizing a formative index. |
