中文摘要 | 砂石原料短缺使混凝土預拌業措手不及,衍生許多品質上的問題,包括抗壓強度不足;塑性收縮裂縫 過大及鹼性物質含量過高造成之混凝土崩裂等現象。本研究針對目前砂石料嚴重缺乏造成混凝土之抗壓 強度不足及體積收縮現象,以混凝土設計強度為280 kgf/cm2為主要變數,添加不同粉體材料(爐灰及石 粉),了解在同一工作坍度下,混凝土之塑性收縮裂縫敏感度及水泥漿體之熱重損失分析。結果顯示:以 石粉取代砂組的塑性收縮指數為最大(107),爐灰取代試體次之,此亦由其漿體量及熱重損失分析可相互 印證,另外亦顯示砂石原料缺乏時,以粉體材料取代細砂配比時應注意混凝土體積穩定性之負面影響。 由水泥漿體之熱重損失分析計算含水量,顯示與拌合用水量相符合,可做為爾後混凝土配比檢驗之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Shortage of aggregate not only leaves the ready-mixed concrete industry unprepared but also results in many concrete quality problems include insufficient compressive strength, large plastic shrinkage crack and cracking induced by excessive alkaline materials. In this research, specimen prepared with sand replaced by different powder materials (slag ash and rock powder) under same slump and design strength (280 kgf/cm2) were tested to explore the sensitivity of plastic shrinkage cracks and thermal gravimetric analysis of the paste. It is shown from the test results that the plastic shrinkage index of the concrete specimen with sand replaced by rock powder (107) is larger than the one replaced by slag ash and this trend can also be mutually verified by the paste volume and thermal gravimetric analysis; there are negative effects due to the volume stability when sand replaced by powder materials. It is suggested that water content calculated from thermal gravimetric analysis of paste to coincide with the amount of water can be adopted as a reference for mix proportion check. |
