中文摘要 | 旋花微刺薊馬 (Dendrothripoides innoxius (Karny)) 多分布於熱帶及亞熱帶地區,主要寄主 作物為旋花科植物。本研究於 20、25、30℃三種定溫,相對濕度 70 ± 10%及光週期 12D:12L 下,以甕菜葉飼育觀察其生長發育情形。三種定溫下卵之孵化率分別為 86.3、85.2 及 96%;在 20 ℃未成熟期發育所需時間為 54.1 天,30℃下僅需 17.4 天,平均總發育日數隨溫度升高而縮短。壽 命隨著溫度的升高而縮短,而產卵量則隨溫度升高而增加。產卵期會隨著溫度升高而縮短;每雌每 日平均產卵以 30℃之 1.23 粒為最高,一生總產卵量達 24.25 粒。30℃下其族群介量內在增殖率 (r) 為 0.0996,淨生殖率 (R0) 為 14.11,終極增殖率 (λ) 為 1.1047 均是最高值,而平均世代時間 (T) 26.58 天為最短。此研究結果未來可進一步模擬其田間族群增長模式,提供旋花微刺薊馬綜合管理 策略擬定之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Dendrothripoides innoxius (Karny) (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) has become an important pest in Taiwan on Convolvulaceae crops such as sweet potato and water spinach, which are mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions. This study investigated the life history of Dendrothripoides innoxius on water spinach. At three constant temperatures (20, 25 and 30o C) under 70 ± 10% RH and a 12L:12D photoperiod. 86.3, 85.2 and 96% of the eggs hatched, respectively. The entire developmental period was 54.1 days at 20o C and it was only 17.4 days at 30o C. The developmental period shortened as the temperature increased. A female could produce at most an average of 1.23 eggs per day at 30o C and a maximum of 24.25 eggs over the entire oviposition period at 30o C. At 30o C, the intrinsic rate of increase (r) was 0.0996 day-1, the net reproductive rate (R0) was 14.11 offspring, the finite rate of increase (λ) was 1.1047 day-1, and the mean generation time (T) was 26.58 days. The results obtained in this study could be used to simulate a population growth model in the field, and provide information for developing an IPM strategy to control Dendrothripoides innoxius. |
