中文摘要 | 傳染病流行疫情的監視與掌握式中央主管機關與方衛生單位共同努力的目標,而與日俱增的資料量,從前端的資料處理轉為高品質的決策資訊,所需要的軟硬體設備要求越來越高。傳統的疫情監測方式,在分析結果的共享上,存在著中央與地方落差的風險,無法即時的掌握疫情脈動。利用雲端運算環境建構協同式的傳染病統計查詢系統模組,可輔助中央與地方流行疫情的監視與防治作為。本研究結合全國法定傳染病統計資料、全民健保就診資料及急診監測資料,利用Microsoft Azure SQL Database及Microsoft Power BI for Office 365環境,建置傳染病統計查詢系統模駔,並提供給疾管署各區管中心及全台各縣市衛生局,讓地方登入雲端平台就可以掌握自己縣市內的疫情波動變化之監測。 |
英文摘要 | Taiwan CDC and local governments keep improving the surveillance and control of infectious disease epidemics. With rapid increase of surveillance data and the requirement of high-quality information for supporting decision-making, the need of more powerful software and hardware has been demanded. A potential time-lag existed when using the traditional approach of sharing disease surveillance information between Taiwan CDC and local governments, and may cause difficulties in real-time monitoring of the disease epidemics. This could be solved by developing an infectious disease data analysis collaboration platform based on cloud services. In this study, we used Microsoft Azure SQL Database and Microsoft Power BI for Office 365 cloud services to construct cloud data analysis platform. We used data from the national infectious disease statistics and aggregated data from the national health insurance claim records and the Real-time outbreak and disease surveillance system (RODS) as the first examples. The colleagues from Taiwan CDC regional centers and local health bureaus now can access the cloud data analysis platform to monitor the disease epidemic in real-time. |
