中文摘要 | 有限元素法可使用在實際成形前於扣件成形及模具設計分析,可利用有限元素模擬解決問題及求得最佳設計,減少產品開發時間及成本,提高產品的競爭力。本研究應用三維剛塑性有限元素法來進行六角凸緣車輛螺栓多道次緞造分析模擬。使用SolidWorks 繪圖軟體來建構模具與工件,假設定剪摩擦下利用DEFORM 3D 有限元素軟體進行模擬分析,可得知各道次的等效應力、等效應變、速度場、鍛造負荷與扣件外形尺寸。再者利用DEFORM 3D 來進行模具應力及鍛流線分析,從分析結果可知模具承受應力及扣件之每道次鍛流線,可了解金屬成形過程的材料流動可行性。最後比較成品尺寸以驗證有限模擬分析之適用性。 |
英文摘要 | Finite Element Method can be used to the analysis of fasteners forming and the dies design before realistic forming, the problems and optimal design can be solved and obtained by FEM simulation. The development time and cost of products can be reduced and the competitiveness of products can be raised. In this study, the multi-stage forging analysis of hexagonal flange vehicle bolt can be simulated by three-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element method. Using the SolidWorks drawing software to conduct the dies and the work-piece, the DEFORM 3D finite element software can be used to simulate and analyze assuming constant shear friction, the effective stress, the effective strain, the velocity field, the forging force and the shape dimensions of fastener can be obtained. Moreover, the stress of dies and forging stream line can be analyzed using DEFORM 3D. From the analysis results to realize the bearing stress of dies and the forging stream line of fasteners for each stage, the feasibility of material flowing in the metal forming process. Finally, the dimensions of products have been compared to verify the applicability of the FEM simulation analysis. |
