中文摘要 | 產學合作教育結合理論與實務的學校學習和職場學習,以縮短學校教學與產業需求的落差,成為目前高等技職教育的新趨勢。由於過去國內不論是量化或質性的相關研究均著重於產學合作教育實施成效的結果分析,鮮少探討產學合作教育管理機制運作內涵而形成研究上的缺口,因此本文藉由文獻探討以瞭解產學合作教育之管理機制,分別由管理方式、組織編制、課程規劃、職場安置與輔導、課程設計、職場訓練實施及職場學習評量等議題加以探究,以彌補現有文獻之不足,提供相關利害關係人之參考,並期能導引後續之實徵研究。 |
英文摘要 | Cooperative education which combines school learning and workplace learning to bridge the gap between academy and industry becomes the new trend in higher technical and vocational education. Whatever quantity or quality researches emphasize effectiveness of cooperative education, not the operations. Thus this research aims to analyze the management mechanism of cooperative education, including management model, organizational staffing, curriculum planning, worksite placement and counseling, curriculum design, workplace training and evaluation of workplace learning. It hopes to supplement the lack of domestic research, provide references for stakeholders, and guide the direction of future researches. |
