英文摘要 | Assessments of higher education are closely related to its quality and social functions, which are important segments for its healthy development. Diversification of higher education assessments is determined by such scientific principles as philosophy, higher education studies and management. More specifically, the theoretical basis of such diversification lies in the uniqueness of the existing problems, popularisation of higher education and differentiated management. Adopting a diversified approach to assess Macau’s higher education is also a pragmatic choice for the territory. The diversity of education systems, the differences between the pedagogic structure, as well as the socio-economic particularity become the basis for adopting such an approach. In practical terms, the particular diversified approach can be further explored by diversification in assessing bodies, standards and methods. |
