中文摘要 | 吳雅芳、吳盈慧、張錦興、鄭安秀。2015。檬果炭疽病病原菌於檬果套袋後感染機會之 研究。臺南區農業改良場研究彙報65:45-53。 檬果炭疽病主要由Colletotrichum gloeosporioides 引起,為影響檬果品質與櫥架壽命最 大之病害。罹病果實果皮上有黑色圓形之凹陷病斑,後迅速擴大侵入果肉,病斑連成一片, 使果實腐敗。高溼環境下,於黑色大型病斑上會出現橘紅色小點為分生孢子,是本菌最重要 之感染源。目前防治炭疽病最好的方式為早期套袋。本研究利用培養基、嫩葉、果實做接種 測試,發現檬果炭疽病菌可以穿透供試不同品牌的紙套袋在培養基上生長,並可感染套袋保 護的葉片及果實。檬果套袋後若遭逢大雨,造成紙袋長時間緊貼於檬果表面,此時若有炭疽 病菌分生孢子藉風雨傳播於於紙袋上,就有機會穿透紙袋感染果實。惟此種條件及感染機率 在田間實際條件下並不高,農民需注意套袋時將果實套於紙袋中央並綁緊袋口,勿使紙袋有 機會緊貼果實,園中若有炭疽病的罹病組織應清除乾淨,可避免大雨之際的感染機會。 現有技術: 目前臺南地區檬果農民已習慣採用果實套袋防治果實蠅及炭疽病。 創新內容: 過去認為套袋後病原菌即不再有機會感染果實,透過本研究證明套袋材質 可讓炭疽病菌孢子通過,因此需注意套袋的技術,勿使紙袋緊貼果實而給 予病原菌入侵的機會。 對產業影響: 農民若能注意套袋技術,將可減少病原菌感染的機會。 |
英文摘要 | Mango anthracnose caused mainly by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, it’s the greatest impact of the mango quality and shelf life of the cabinet. The depression diseased black round spots on the fruit peel, rapid expansion of invasive lesion in one piece, so that the fruits of corruption. High humidity environment, spores appear as orange dots on large black spots, is the most important source of infection. Currently the best approach to control mange anthracnose is early bagging. In this study, inoculation test on culture medium, leaves, fruits do found that mango anthracnose can penetrate tested different brands of paper bagging and grown on culture medium and also infect leaves and fruits by bagging protection. If heavy rain after mango bagging , resulting in paper bag close to the mango surface for a long time, at this time if anthracnose spores spread by wind and rain on the bag, may have a chance to penetrate the fruit bag infection. But such conditions and actual risk of infection in field conditions are not high. Farmers have to pay attention when bagging the fruit set in a paper bag and tied the bag central, not allow paper bags have a chance against the fruit, the anthracnose diseased tissue should be cleaned from orchard to avoid the chances of infection on the occasion of the rain. What is already known on this subject? The mango farmers in Tainan district have adopted the habit of bagging fruit for prevention of fruit fly and anthrcnose disease. What are the new findings? The pathogens of anthracnose disease are no longer has the chance to infect fruit after bagging. But through this study, we demonstrate that the spores may penetrate the fruit bag to infect the fruit. Farmers have to pay attention when bagging the fruit set in a paper bag and tied the bag central, not allow paper bags have a chance against the fruit. What is the expected impact on this field? It will reduce the chance of infection by anthracnose pathogens, if the farmers pay attention about the technology of fruit bagging. |
