中文摘要 | 本試驗擬以檢測通過之無病毒母株,利用組織培養方式大量繁殖健康馬鈴薯組織培養 苗,供作馬鈴薯種苗生產之基本種。輔以嚴格種薯產程管理,提高健康種薯產量與品質, 達成國產種薯自足之目標。試驗品種為「克尼伯」及「Snowden」兩品種。比較不同培養基 鹽類組成及植物生長素對馬鈴薯培殖體生長之影響。培養苗地上部鮮重及節數皆以培養於 花寶培養基較培養於MS 培養基為高。「克尼伯」品種培殖體在兩種培養基皆無分枝,而 「Snowden」品種則是培養在花寶的培殖體沒有分枝,但培養於MS 培養基的培養苗有2.3 個小側芽。兩品種地下部皆以培養於MS 培養基的鮮重較大、根數較多,平均根長較長。兩 個品種培養苗地上部鮮重和節數皆以培養於不含生長素的花寶培養基重量較高、節數較多。 生長於不含生長素培養基的培養苗都沒有分枝;培養基添加BA 0.1 ppm 和NAA 0.01 ppm 不 僅促進側芽萌發生長,對兩品種地下部的根鮮重、根數及根長也都有促進作用。 現有技術: 利用組織培養技術進行植物繁殖已相當普遍,但應用範圍多為觀賞植物或 高經濟價值作物。 創新內容: 將組織培養技術應用在蔬菜種苗繁殖是目前較為少見的創新方式。 對產業影響: 本技術可充分提供健康種苗,增加產量,提高農民收益。 |
英文摘要 | The micropropagation system of ‘Kennebec’ and ‘Snowden’ were established. The fresh weights and node numbers of plantlets cultured on HYPONeX® were higher than those cultured on MS medium. The ‘Kennebec’ plantlets were no branch when cultured on both medium; the ‘Snowden’ plantlets were no branch when cultured on HYPONeX® medium but 2.3 lateral buds observed when cultured on MS medium. The root fresh weights of these two cultivars were higher , more root numbers and longer the root length when cultured on MS medium. The fresh weights and node numbers of plantlets cultured on HYPONeX® medium contained no plant growth regulator were higher than the PGRs addition and with no branch. PGRs induced lateral shoots and enhanced root zone growth on both cultivars. What is already known on this subject? Micropropagation or tissue culture is common used in ornamental plants and high economic crops. What are the new findings? The application of micropropagation in vegetable crops is uncommon. What is the expected impact on this field? This technique can provide healthy seedlings, increase potato yield and increase farmers profit. |
