中文摘要 | 本研究以一所科技大學職業群科師資生為研究對象,採用問卷調查法以探討職業群科師資生任教承諾之現況,並分析不同背景變項師資生任教承諾之差異情形。本研究使用自編之「師資生任教承諾問卷」為研究工具進行問卷調查,研究結果發現:(1)師資生之「教職認同」屬於高程度,而「職前準備與投入」、「自信與任教意願」、「獲致經驗與證照」、「熱愛教育工作」等四個因素及整體任教承諾均屬於中高程度;(2)師資生整體任教承諾因其身分類別、教學經驗之不同而有顯著差異,唯不因其性別之不同而有顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | This study targeted 103 vocational teacher education students in a university of technology in Taiwan. Questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the commitment to teaching of the vocational teacher education students and to analyze the difference in the commitment to teaching among the students with various background variables. The research results are as follows: (a) The teacher education students had a high level of identification with teaching and exhibited mid-high level of pre-service preparation and involvement, confidence and willingness to teach, experience and certificate acquisition, and enthusiasm for educational work. They also showed a mid-high level of overall commitment to teaching. (b) The level of commitment to teaching significantly differed between undergraduate and postgraduate students and among students with various teaching experiences; however, the difference was non-significant between students of different genders. |
