中文摘要 | 林園石化廠廢水處理回收工程於2013年1月完成驗收啟用。該工程每日處理廢水能力6,000CMD,採用缺氧+好氧程序及MBR(薄膜生物處理器)技術做生物處理;再以RO(逆滲透)去除水中鹽分,回收純水3,900CMD,做為超純水系統進料水。不包括設備折舊及人力成本,每噸回收水操作成本18.2元,每噸回收水節省成本21.38元,每噸回收水節省淨成本3.18元,每年節省費用約453萬元。 |
英文摘要 | Lin Yuan petrochemical wastewater reclamation plant, which has the capability of treating 6,000CMD of wastewater and recovering 3,900MCD of pure water, was constructed and operated at January of year 2013. After the A/O (Anoxic/ Aeration) biological process, the MBR and RO were used to improve the treatment efficiency and to remove the suspended solid and inorganic compounds. The RO permeate was further used to make ultrapure water, with the resultant benefit of 3.18NT dollars per tons of recovery water. |
