中文摘要 | 本文呈以複雜可程化邏輯元件(CPLD)為基礎之整合型旋轉編碼器與伺服馬達驅動器的介面設計,藉以降低專用積體電路之獨佔性;其中並針對所使用之通訊協定如曼徹斯特編碼及循環冗餘檢查(CRC)作分析。而由數位示波器測量出的實驗結果,可呈現商用編碼器與伺服馬達驅動器的功能,可證明CPLD設計的正確性。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a complex programmable logic device (CPLD) based design for the interface between an integrated rotary encoder and a servomotor drive to reduce the complexity of the corresponding ICs where the communication protocols that include Manchester coding and the cyclic redundancy check (CRC) are analyzed. The experimental results which are measured by digital scope are given to show the effectiveness of the CPLD design that implements the original function of commercial encoders and drives. |
