中文摘要 | 背景:下水道施工方法主要有明挖工法、推進工法和潛盾工法,為了確保都市環境衝擊、交通順暢、減少噪音和市容美化之考量下,目前公共工程之中以小管徑推進工法及沈箱工法最常使用,以上工法在施工上都有困難值得研究改善。目的:讓污水下水道工程之從業者及居民、市民明瞭施工遭遇困難案例本研究將整理各項遭遇困難因素與解決方案供參。方法:本研究以文獻回顧法及實際施工案例分析探討為研究方法。結果:污水下水道工程主要遭遇困難影響因素為地下管線老舊、管線新設、管線既有地錨結構物、擋土措施或漂流木、既有箱涵營建廢棄物等,綜合以上因素的解決方案,選用適當推進機具進行施工;減作工作井、增加推進長度、採大管套小管方式施工;避免採明挖施工,建議使用小管推進施工法。結論:主辦機關訂定相關獎勵制度鼓勵廠商積極協調解決、增加地質鑽探鑽孔密度與試挖地點、詳實的鑽探資料,在研選機具時低風險,採用小管推進施工法及圓形鋼環工作井,縮短施工期程。 |
英文摘要 | Background: Currently in the public works construction methods with small diameter sewer construction method and propulsion construction method most commonly used Shen box, but there are difficulties in the construction of improvements worth studying. Purposes: Let practitioners and residents sewage works, construction of the public to understand the difficulties the case study will collate all the difficulties and solutions for reference factors. Methods: In this study, literature review and case analysis to explore the actual construction as research methods. Results: Sewage works mainly influencing factors for the difficulties of old underground pipelines, new pipelines, pipelines both anchor structures, retaining measures or driftwood, both culvert construction waste, etc., to promote the choice of appropriate equipment for construction; less for work well, increasing the length of advance, we recommend using a small tube propulsion construction method. Conclusions: The authority set up related reward system to encourage firms to actively coordinate and solve problems, to increase the density of geological drilling and test drilling dig sites, detailed drilling data, in the research and reduce the risk of election equipment. |
