中文摘要 | 捷運工程以其規模龐大、界面繁複著稱,早年引入臺灣之時,國內對於大型工程的經驗並不充足,多仰賴國外的管理經驗執行,而早期國內監造制度環境亦不成熟,在中央機關不斷推動新的監造制度,本局也配合政府法令不斷修正監造制度,以適應外在環境,本文即在說明本局捷運工程監造制度,在不同年代的演進過程,並著墨在91年技師簽證規則實施後迄今的監造制度。 |
英文摘要 | MRT projects are known for their tremendous scale and multi-complicated interface. When bringing an MRT system to Taiwan, domestic experience was insufficient for such a large-scale project, making it necessary to almost entirely rely on management experience from abroad. As the national supervision system was immature, over time, central authorities promoted a new supervision system, and DORTS cooperated with the government decree of building a supervision system that is constantly revised to adapt to the external environment. This paper shows the evolution of the supervision system of Taipei MRT in different periods and describes how the current supervision system was revised in accordance with the Regulations Governing Professional Engineer Certification for Public Constructions, which were enacted in 2002. |
