中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討運動休閒相關科系在職進修學生人格特質、工作特性與工作滿意度之研究。本研究採便利抽樣方式進行抽樣,以自行編制「運動休閒相關科系在職進修學生人格特質、工作特性與工作滿意度之調查問卷」,共回收有效問卷244 份。所得資料經項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、結構方程模式(SEM)分析等統計方法分析結果:由運動休閒相關科系在職學生人格特質、工作特性與工作滿意度之影響關係分析結果顯示,運動休閒相關科系在職學生人格特質會顯著影響工作特性(γ1=0.37,t=4.65, p<.05);運動休閒相關科系在職學生人格特質會顯著影響工作滿意度(γ2=0.87,t=14.77, p<.05);而運動休閒相關科系在職學生人格特質並不會透過工作特性來影響工作滿意度(β3=0.01,t=0.28,p>.05)。由此可知,人格特質、工作特性與工作滿意度之影響關係是不成立的。 |
英文摘要 | The primary purpose of this study was to develop an understanding of the characteristics of students in refresher courses offered by sports- and recreation-related college departments, the nature of their work, and their satisfaction with their jobs. This study applied purposeful sampling to approach statistical data collection for the self-constructed instrument ‘A questionnaire for discovering the characteristics of students in refresher courses offered by sports- and recreation-related college departments, the nature of their work, and their job satisfaction.’ The researchers received 244 valid questionnaires from respondents. The data obtained through the questionnaire were subjected to item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM). In analyzing the affective relationships of the characteristics of students in the refresher course programs of sports- and recreation-related college departments, the nature of their work, and their job satisfaction, it was found that the characteristics of students in refresher courses offered by sports- and recreation-related college departments affected the nature of their work significantly (γ1 = 0.37, t = 4.65, p < .05) when the characteristics of these students affected their satisfaction with their jobs (γ2 = 0.87, t = 14.77, p < .05). However, the characteristics of students in the refresher courses of sports- and recreation-related college departments did not affect their job satisfaction through the nature of their work (β3 = 0.01, t = 0.28, p > .05). Based on the results, the researchers concluded that it was not possible to establish affective relationships among the characteristics of students in refresher courses offered by sports- and recreation-related college departments, the nature of their work, and their satisfaction with their jobs. |
