中文摘要 | 自民國85年起,交通網路資料庫分組開始建置交通空間資料庫並陸續開發相關系統平臺,透過交通路網核心資料庫建置等3個分項計畫,制定資料標準並推動圖資更新納入業務行政流程,更配合政府資料開放政策,以WMS、WFS、API服務等形式,提供成果給使用者進行資料加值與流通供應,各分項計畫皆已依規劃進程完成分年度之階段性目標。於未來展望方面,本部NGIS2020時空資訊雲中長程計畫將遵循行政院「網路智慧新臺灣政策白皮書」於智慧運輸「公共運輸」、「即時路況」、「營運資訊」及「觀光旅遊」之4大推動構面,以提高「旅運資訊」的互操作性與通透性為手段,持續擘劃本部及部屬單位時空資訊之收集、加值及開放工作,以過去國土地理資訊系統10年計畫作為發展基礎,陸續收納旅運及交通網路空間基礎資料,運用標準、IT技術、跨運具之創新科技與時空巨量資料之分析,促進本部及部屬單位協力產製更即時可靠之資料,以擴大國土資訊相關資料被應用性,活絡空間資訊應用產業,以期達成落實「智慧國土」之目標。 |
英文摘要 | Since 1996, the Transportation and Communications Network Database Division began to build its database and develop transportation-related spatial systems, through the “Transportation Road Network Core Database” and other three sub-projects to formulate the data standard and promote administrative map-updated processes. Furthermore, in response to the open data government policy, the services have been provided by WMS, WFS and API formats for users to conduct value-added and other circulating third party application opportunities. All the short-term annual goals and sub-projects will be completed according to current planning projections. In terms of future prospects, the MOTC’s (Ministry of Transportation and Communications) “Spatial-Temporal Information Cloud Mid/Long-Term Project” of the NGIS 2020 will follow the “ide@Taiwan White Paper” from the government's Executive Yuan. The White Paper focuses on four perspectives of intelligent transportation, namely: “public transportation”, “real-time traffic information”, “operation management” and “sightseeing” to enhance the interoperability and transparency of travel & tourism information as a method to plan continuously from the collection of the data, through value-added services, and the appropriate combination of spatial-temporal information of the MOTC and affiliated departments. Besides, the MOTC continually collects basic geospatial data from travel & tourism and transportation & communications networks, from the past 10-year worth of NGIS projects which apply official standards, IT techniques, innovational technology of cross-transports and comprehensive analysis of spatial-temporal data structures to promote the MOTC and affiliated departments to produce real-time and reliable data. It can expand the applicability of NGIS data and activate the geospatial information applications in order to achieve the goals of practicing “Intelligent National Land”. |
