中文摘要 | 為提升定置式噴霧灌溉系統功能,本研究除改良噴霧機具原有缺失,亦針對噴霧灌溉作業增設噴霧水回收裝置,回收多餘水分重複利用。以塑膠布舖設在栽培床架下方,使噴霧管路下方形成集水裝置,過多之水分即會延著傾斜的塑膠布流至底部,匯集後再導向出水口加以過濾與儲存,即完成回收過程。系統經性能試驗結果顯示,噴霧壓力設定為35kg/cm2,噴霧系統平均供水量為155ml/sec,回收量約為供水量的72%,確實達到節水的目的。 |
英文摘要 | In order to develop comprehensive functions of a fixed-mounted spray irrigation system, the purpose of this study are to improve the defects and to add the water recovery device, which will have water saving effort. The plastic sheet, laid under the cultivation frame to construct the water recovery chutes. Excess sprayed water will flow into the recovery is chutes and return to the water tank in the bottom. The recovery water will be further treated and stored in the water reservoir, and the water recovery work has been done. The developed system has been further tested to have the following performances: water pressure is 35 kg/cm^2, average water supplement rate is 155 mL/sec, and the recovery percentage is 72% for the intermittent mode, indeed achieve the purpose of saving water. |
