中文摘要 | 近年由於資訊科技的發展,透過遠距居家照護支援模式,可提供糖尿病患在宅醫療服務,透過即時的生理訊號偵測,並藉由系統知識庫自動偵測病患異常的生理反應,與專業醫護人員透過系統平臺雙向互動,提供病患照護決策的輔助和其疾病自主管理等功能。本研究期望了解糖尿病患對遠距照護支援系統各子功能的需求程度,並深入分析不同屬性病患對系統功能需求之差異。研究採橫斷式調查研究法,以臺北市某區域教學醫院「糖尿病衛生教育門診」之54位等候看診病患為研究對象。結果顯示,糖尿病患對系統的功能需求首重「數位學習教室」,其次依序為「健康管理建議書」、「線上醫療諮詢」、「線上申請醫療服務」、「線上問卷調查」、「生理訊號記錄查詢」、「生理訊號擷取上傳」。同時,病患「基本資料」及「健康狀態」等特性確實會影響對系統的功能需求程度,且達到統計上顯著差異。由科技創新擴散的角度,本研究進一步歸納遠距健康照護支援系統後續擴散的「助力」與「阻力」因素,其研究成果可幫助未來相關系統的開發人員、創新服務提供者、遠距照護模式營運者,於擬定發展目標與決定資源投入的順序時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Due to advancements in information technology over recent years, diabetics can now receive medical services at the comfort of their own homes with the help of telecare support systems. Through real-time updates of physiological signal measurements any deviation from previous results linked to abnormality can be quickly detected. Via the same platform medical staff members are able to interact with patients, as well as offer decision supports and self-care advices. This research aims at understanding the demand among diabetics for different functions available within the telecare support system. It also intends to provide an in-depth analysis of demand fluctuation related to patient characteristic. A cross-section survey is adopted to look at the sample of 54 diabetics collected at a diabetes education clinic belonging to a regional hospital in Taipei. The results showed that the most demanded function of the system is ”online education (e-learning) ”, followed by ”health management recommendations”, ”online medical consultation”, ”online medical service application”, ”online survey”, ”physiological signal measurement record search” and ”physiological signal data access/upload”. Besides, ”patient profile” and ”health status” are two factors confirmed with statistical significance to have influences on a patient's system demands. From the perspective of technological innovation diffusion, this research also concluded related facilitators and inhibitors, providing system developers, innovation service providers and telecare system operators the reference of development targets and investment roadmap. |
