中文摘要 | 本研究採用聯合分析及約略集合分析做為研究方法,以接受醫學美容服務的消費者為對象,針對醫學美容服務開發出消費者偏好的創新服務。針對中部地區接受醫學美容服務的消費者進行實地問卷調查,發放300份問卷,共回收有效問卷251份,以獲得企劃關鍵因素。其後利用聯合分析找到整體受測者最偏好的屬性及水準組合。本研究設計聯合分析卡片,發放問卷300份,回收有效問卷243份,據此求得消費者偏好之創新服務屬性及水準組合。其後進行約略集合分析,求知受訪者選取偏好屬性水準之正確人數百分比,並比較聯合分析與約略集合所產生之資料分析結果,驗證一致性。本研究所開發之創新服務可供業者參考,提升消費者滿意度及忠誠度。 |
英文摘要 | Conjoint analysis and rough set analysis were used and compared to develop innovative services of medical cosmetology. Through exploratory focus group study, the questionnaire was developed. Then, we applied questionnaire investigation and factor analysis to find out idea's direction and weight. Then, ideas simulation and ideas selection methods were used to find out consumers' demands. Conjoint analysis and rough set analysis were used to find out the most desired service attributes and levels. The research findings can provide useful information for the managers of medical cosmetology industry to develop innovative services of medical cosmetology. |
