中文摘要 | 隨著週休二日的實施,台灣的休閒旅遊風氣隨著休閒產業蓬勃發展,間接刺激了旅遊景點的開發以及旅遊相關產業的投資與發展,例如旅館、餐廳、民宿、休閒農場及大型遊樂園等如雨後春筍般的到處林立。休閒產業涵蓋各種相關的產業,例如旅館業、餐飲業、交通運輸業、紀念品業、旅行社、農特產品等,由於發展觀光所衍生效益遍及各行業,因此成為許多國家發展地方經濟的重要策略。在發展休閒產業的過程中,不僅要吸引各種觀光服務產業,也要積極開發具特色的產品,同時如何提升顧客忠誠度與滿意度。促進顧客重遊意願為本研究重要的動機。本研究採用文獻分析法。先蒐集相關資料與過去學者研究的成果作為本研究推論之依據,並將所蒐集的資料文獻加以整理、歸納、分析、解釋本研究相關的課題。 |
英文摘要 | With the implementation of two-day-off a week system, Taiwan's leisure and traveling industries have been booming, and thus indirectly stimulating the development of tourist attractions as well as related investment projects. For example, hotels, restaurants, Bed-and-Breakfasts, farming resorts, large-scale amusement parks and others are spring up all over the place like mushrooms. The leisure business covers a wide variety of related industries, including hotel industry, food and beverage industry, transportation and shipping industry, souvenir industry, travel agency, special agricultural products, and so on. Because the growth of tourism can benefit different walks of life, it has become an important strategy to develop local economy. In the process of developing leisure industry, we not only need to attract various kinds of tourism service industries, but also to create products with characteristics. In the meantime, we have to enhance the level of customer loyalty and satisfaction. Therefore, how to encourage customers' willingness to re-visit is the motive of this research. Documents analysis was used as the research method. The researcher collected related documents written by previous scholars as a theoretical basis, and then organized, generalized, analyzed, and explained these data to come up with several issues related to the present research. |
