中文摘要 | 本研究主要針對水泥質複合材料GRC及混凝土於溫、濕度的變化作用下(考慮耐久性),對其力學性質之影響,本研究大致分為三項測試,第一項進行GRC之物理性質測試,進行乾、濕密度、吸水率及孔隙率之試驗,建立GRC試片之基本物理資料。第二項試驗為進行GRC試片受溫濕度加速劣化影響下,是否會使得力學性質有所變化。探討玻璃纖維的添加量與溫、濕度劣化,是否會影響混凝土的力學性質。實驗結果顯示添加3%臺灣砂、日本砂及英國砂之GRC試片中以臺灣廠商出產的砂,力學性質及耐久性較佳。於溫、濕度變化影響之下,水泥質複合材料皆會因此受損其本身力學強度,尤其於濕度變化下折損率大於溫度變化。另添加抗老化劑對於溫濕度變化之耐久性無正面幫助。添加玻璃纖維確實能增加GRC試片之力學性質,且添加量越多其力學性質則越佳,尤以添加量為6%的效果最好。此外,添加玻璃纖維確實可以減少裂縫的產生。 |
英文摘要 | This study is to examine the influence of variation in temperature and humidity on the mechanical properties of Glass fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC) and concrete. This study consists of three tests. The first test involved a physical property test of GRC that included examinations of dry density, wet density, water absorption, and porosity, establishing a basic physical data of the GRC specimens. The second test was conducted to investigate whether the mechanical properties of GRC specimens would change under the influence of the accelerated deterioration by temperature and humidity. By adding glass fibers into concrete, the third test was implemented to inspect whether the mechanical properties of concrete would be varied by the amount of glass fiber and the deterioration due to temperature and humidity. The study findings show that the GRC specimens exhibit better mechanical properties and durability with an addition of 3% of the sand made of Taiwan than those with the same percentage of the sand made of Japan or England. Under the influence of temperature and humidity changes, the mechanical strength of GRC would decrease, and the change in humidity had greater influence on the attrition rate than the change in temperature. In addition, adding anti-aging agents had no effects on the durability in temperature and humidity changes. Adding glass fibres could indeed increase the mechanical properties of the GRC specimens; the more the glass fibres were added, the better the mechanical properties would be, especially if the amount added was 6%. Furthermore, adding glass fibers could definitely reduce fissure occurrences. |
