中文摘要 | 本研究旨在以 ICF架構來描述高雄市 98年度身心障礙者職務再設計申請者的需求,並依所得的 ICF代碼來檢視其是否獲得所需之服務,以及此代碼間的呼應情形是否支持輔助科技界常用的 HAAT模式。採用內容分析的方法,並建立編碼分析規則,而研究分析資料為高雄市 98年度身心障礙者職務再設計申請案共 52件,以作者自編之「編碼分析表」和「 HAAT model職務再設計解析表」為研究工具,進行次數分配與百分比統計。主要研究發現,分述如下: (一)可以 ICF代碼來描述高雄市 98年度身心障礙申請職務再設計案。除了在 s身體結構領域有 15件文本因為資料不足,無法編碼外,其餘 37件在 b、s、d、e領域均至少可編 1個第二層次的代碼。在 52件文本中,編至第二層次共有 386碼,平均每一件可編 7.42碼。 (二)以所能編出的第二層次代碼來看, d活動與參與領域昀多, e環境因子領域次之, b身體功能領域第三, s身體結構領域昀少。 (三)以 ICF代碼描述高雄市 98年度身心障礙申請職務再設計案,發現 52件文本中,只有編號 13中的 b770步態功能,以及編號 50的 b770步態功能、 s120脊髓與有關構造、 d465使用設備四處移動沒有相呼應的 e碼。 (四)以 ICF代碼來檢視高雄市 98年度身心障礙申請職務再設計案,發現在 52件文本中,只有 20件符合 HAAT模式,符合率為 38.46%。 作者建議未來可使用本研究的編碼規則為基礎並加以延伸和擴展,進而訂定更嚴謹的編碼規則。此外,在未來職務再設計書面申請資料可以增添描述個案身體結構、工作分析等資料欄位,以增加對申請者特性和需求的瞭解。並邀請不同背景的專家進行一次以上的現場訪視與晤談,以進一步提供更適切的職務再設計服務。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to use the ICF codes to describe the needs of the job accommodation cases of Kaohsiung City in 2009, and to investigate whether the cases obtained needed services, as well as the service delivery supported the HAAT Model. Author used the content analysis method to analyze the application materials of the 52 cases, set up Code Analysis Rules, and designed the Code Analysis Form and the HAAT Model Analysis Form as tools to analyze the numbers and percentage of the ICF codes. The main research findings were as follows: 1. It could use the ICF codes to describe the job accommodation applicants in Kaohsiung City in 2009. In the body structure domain, there were 15 cases without sufficient materials so it was unable to code. The other 37 cases were able to make at lease one second level code in the b, s, d and e domains. There were total 386 second level codes obtained from the 52 cases; the average was 7.42 codes per case. 2. Based on the obtained second level codes, the d domain (activities and participation) has the most codes, followed by e (environmental factors), b (body functions) and s (body structure) domains. 3. When investigating whether the job accommodation applicants obtained needed services, the ICF codes showed that they did. Only the case number 13 had not obtained corresponding e codes on b770 (gait pattern functions), and the case number 50 had not obtained corresponded e codes on b770 (gait pattern functions), s120 (spinal cord and related structure), and d465 (moving around using equipment). 4. When investigating whether the job accommodation service delivery fit the HAAT model, it found that there were 20 cases (38.46%) fitted the HAAT Model. It is suggested to extent this Code Analysis Rules, and established the exact Code Analysis Rules. Besides, it is suggested to add columns of body structure and job analysis to the application forms of job accommodation in order to understand more the applicant’s characteristics and needs. On-site assessments by specialists of various backgrounds in more than one occasion are also recommended in order to provide better services. |
