中文摘要 | 本論文旨在研究具低電壓應力之高功率因數交流-直流轉換器,本轉換器整合修正型交流-直流降-升壓型轉換器及直流-直流降壓型轉換器作單級化控制。本轉換器之前、後兩半級皆操作在不連續導通模式。前半級作改善功率因數及降低輸入電流總諧波失真用,後半級則提供降壓之功能。且本轉換器之直流鏈結電容之電壓應力較輸入電壓之峰值為低。此外,相對於傳統型降-升壓型轉換器,本轉換器功率元件之電壓應力較低。因此可選定較低規格之功率元件,降低成本。本文中詳盡探討本轉換器之穩態分析、邊界條件及元件設計。最後,以電腦進行模擬驗證本轉換器之性能。 |
英文摘要 | This paper researches a high power factor AC-DC converter with low voltage stress, which integrates a modified AC-DC buck-boost converter with a DC-DC buck converter by using the single-stage control. The two semi-stage of the proposed converter are both operated in discontinuous conduction mode. The front semi-stage of the proposed converter can achieve high power factor and low total harmonic distortion of input current. The rear semi-stage of the proposed converter is used for step-down voltage conversion. Also, the DC-link voltage of the proposed converter is lower than the amplitude of the input voltage. Moreover, the voltage stresses on the power devices of the proposed converter is less than the conventional buck-boost converter. The steady-state analysis, boundary condition, and components design are discussed. Finally, the computer simulation is done to verify the performance of proposed converter. |
