中文摘要 | 父親期許我長大後要當工程師,當考取工程技師執照,即離開港務局公務員工作,想一展營建事業,可是到了民間才發現學有不精。幸運能因緣際會再任公務員,從北捷局品保中心的品保課、安衛課重新換腦改造,重新啟程工程生涯,並主持最後一次動員月會為齊局長打抱不平。再到工務管理單位的土木課和工事課,歷練督工、考工、餘土處理、法規、規範、發包採購等洗練。略有精進後重入戰場,參與北區工程處的捷運淡水線一二階段趕辦,再到中區工程處參與小南門線與板南線第一階段,期間經歷軌道標聯合廠商契約糾紛的代償處理,知識經濟推廣、納莉颱風救災和蘆洲線開標前準備。最後到南區工程處圓了黃金十年職涯。歷 23年捷運新時代,深悟可作為經驗傳承的態度不外:「尊重、信賴、授權、樂觀、熱情、積極、奮鬥與有情有義、因應變巧」。 |
英文摘要 | When I was young, my father expected me to become an engineer. As soon as I passed the national professional engineer examination, I resigned from Taichung Harbor Bureau in order to pursue a career in architectural construction. I quickly realized that starting my own business required more than what I had learned. Fortunately, I had a chance to serve again as a public servant for the Taipei City Department of Rapid Transit Systems (DORTS). At DORTS, I began in the Quality Assurance Sub-division then was transferred to Safety & Health Sub-division, positions that allowed me to resume my engineering career. A highlight of this period came during the last monthly mobilization meeting I presided over, in which I had a chance to defend former Director General Chi against unfair accusations. Then, I was transferred to the Construction Management Department to take charge of construction supervision, evaluation, construction, residual earth disposal management, regulations and specifications, contracting procedures, procurement processes, etc. Based on these experiences, I was transferred to the north and central district project offices where I undertook another series of |
