英文摘要 | This article explores the effects of Employee type serves as a crucial moderator in the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility Activities and Employee's Customer-Oriented Prosocial Behavior, causing distinct interaction effects. Accordingly, we suggest that in addition to paying attention to shareholder rights and customers in service management, company managers should also show concern for their employees, particularly relatively dis-advantaged temporary workers. In the formulating of future service management plans or CSR activities, we would like to remind managers to consider potential problems that temporary workers may face. This is especially vital if the majority of the company comprises atypical employees. In addition to choosing between fishing rod and fish in charity causes, we believe that adjusting CSR policies when appropriate would also benefit the promotion of various business activities. |
