中文摘要 | 功能性的骨骼單光子射出斷層攝影與解剖性的磁振造影是臨床上用來診斷骨骼疾病的重要工具,將這兩種具互補性的影像融合起來,可以增加影像判讀的確信度。我們報告一位33歲的男性病患,因爲下背痛來求診,X光呈現成骨性病變,骨骼全身掃描及腰椎的單光子射出斷層攝影顯示有多處放射活性增加的病灶,腰椎磁振造影也顯示多處骨骼病灶。爲了更進一步確認,我們將骨骼單光子射出斷層攝影及磁振造影以DICOM格式匯出,再利用軟體MRIcro將這兩種影像進行轉檔及影像融合,融合的影像顯示骨骼單光子射出斷層攝影的多處放射活性均在磁振造影所顯示的骨骼病灶上,因此確認了我們對於多處骨骼轉移的判讀。MRIcro這個自由軟體提供了一種容易使用的影像融合功能,可應用於單光子射出斷層攝影和磁振造影的影像融合。 |
英文摘要 | Bone diseases are usually evaluated by functional bone SPECT and anatomic MRI. The increased diagnostic confidence can be obtained with combination of the two complementary imaging modalities. We present a case of 33 years old man who complained of low back pain for two months. The X-ray of lumbar spine showed sclerotic change over L3 vertebral body. Tc-99m MDP whole body bone scan with additional bone SPECT of lumbar spine were performed and showed multiple active bone lesions. The MRI of lumbar spine also revealed multiple bone lesions with enhancement. For further confirmation, the bone SPECT and MRI images were exported as DICOM data and were converted to ”Analyze format” by a free software package, MRIcro. The bone SPECT images were superimposed on the MRI images with ”functional overlay” of MRIcro. Image fusion of the bone SPECT and MRI images allowed accurate localization of the active bone lesions in the spine and was helpful in the interpretation of metastatic bone disease. The free software package, MRIcro, provide an easy method for image fusion of SPECT and MRI images. |
