英文摘要 | The importance of function to the central core of the body for improving stabilization and force generation in all sports activities is increasingly recognized. Preventing an athlete from spinal injury caused by improper impulses is a primary goal. In the rowing stroke cycle, repetitive motion can desensitize the mechanoreceptors in the spinal ligaments. The receptors often consist of pathways that cause reflex activation of the muscles. Therefore, protecting the erector spine, which requires sufficient resistance during exercise, is vital. In addition, fatigue was determined to cause loss of coordination in rowers on the water, which is caused by the motions used in rowing techniques. Core stability training increases abdominal muscle contractions, which help to create a rigid cylinder, enhancing the stiffness of the lumbar spine. Therefore, the body support and kinetic transmission of rowers are crucial. |
