中文摘要 | 本研究製造不同長度與彎管數之新型態輻射狀型震盪式熱管並完成其熱性能測試與分析;輻射狀型震盪式熱管(Radial-type pulsating heat pipe)簡稱RPHP。製作RPHP過程中,除了完成可視化流場觀察其內部流動情形,並以銅管(管徑3mm、內徑2.5 mm)、輻射數量(8、10、12)與輻射長度(50mm、100mm、150mm)混合搭配作為變化參數,利用純水工作流體為,其充填率分別有40%、50%、60%,加熱功率則為10W、20W、30W、40W、50W、60W。RPHP的蒸發端由中央底部40 mm之正方形銅板受熱,冷凝端部分使用強制風冷將熱源排出。實驗結果顯示,其中以輻射長度150 mm、輻射數量12、充填率60%時,因液、汽柱頻繁的震盪循環,而溫度大幅降低,因此有較好的散熱效果。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the new type of Radial-type pulsating heat pipes have been fabricated which have different lengths and number of bends, and finished thermal performance testing and analysis. Radial-type pulsating heat pipes (RPHP) making process , in addition to completion of the flow field visualization observe the internal flow states, and brass pipes (3 mm external diameter, 2.5 mm internal diameter), the number of radiation (8, 10, 12) and radiation length (50mm, 100mm, 150mm) to match as parameters. Deionized water used to working fluid, which filling rates were 40%, 50%, 60%, and the used different heating power (10W, 20W, 30W, 40W, 50W, 60W). The evaporation section of RPHP were heated by the square copper of the central bottom 40 mm, and the condensation section used the forced air cooling for heat dissipation. Experimental results showed that, the 150 mm radiation length, radiation number 12 and 60% filling rate, due to liquid and vapor bubble pulsating cycle frequency, and significantly lower temperature, it is better heat dissipation. |
