中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在根據學生檢測之體適能各項資料,進行參數標準化常模之建立。針對中原大學93-96學年入學之大一新生,進行體適能檢測結果數據,以百分等級常模、標準分數及常模尺度圖等進行分析探討。結果顯示,受試者基本資料:男生3582人,平均年齡為19.16±1.22歲、身高為172.78±10公分、體重為65.74±11.22公斤;女生3071人,平均年齡為19.12±1.23歲、身高為160.24±5.52公分、體重52.00±7.81公斤為共6653人。男女生皆屬於普通等級。男生體適能參數平均值:身體質量指數 22.0%±3.48、坐姿體前彎31.20±9.36公分(中等)、仰臥起坐30秒23.49±4.46次(銅質獎)、仰臥起坐60秒42.11± 8.52次(銀質獎)、立定跳遠212.59± 24.51公分(中等)、1600公尺跑走481.48±68.75秒(銅質獎);女生身體質量指數為20.23%±2.74(普通)、坐姿體前彎35.19±9.62公分(銅質獎)、仰臥起坐30秒18.68±3.88次(銀質獎)、仰臥起坐60秒32.81±7.52次(銅質獎)、立定跳遠為154.32±20.89公分(中等)、800公尺跑走270.23± 36.55秒(銅質獎)。本研究針對中原大學93-96學年,大一入學新生施測之檢測結果:本校全校男生仰臥起坐30秒、1600公尺、女生坐姿體前彎、仰臥起坐60秒、800公尺等,全校平均,均達全國常模『銅質獎』等級;男生仰臥起坐60秒及女生仰臥起坐30秒,全體平均達全國常模『銀質獎』;但男生坐姿體前彎、男女立定跳遠等成績,全體平均卻落在全國常模『中等』。此結果有助於了解本校大一學生之體適能弱點,藉此可以做為未來在教學上體能實施調整的重點。另外,為避免受測學生檢測結果的差異,造成資料流失,未來進行整體統一施測,提升檢測一致性是必要的。學生體適能狀況隨年代增長出現較大落差,對於教學上評估的安全性,將趨勢性提升,所以,常模應該階段性建立,不但有利於教學課程調整的方針,更可以評估了解各團體之活力指標。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: The purpose of this study was according to the student's assessment physical fitness data parameters to establishment of standardized norm. Methods: For the Chung Yuan Christian University 93-96 year the school's freshman, executed the physical fitness test and took results data to establish and analysis the norm percentile rank, standard scores and norm-scale maps. Results: 1 The subjects basic information: total 3582 male, average age was 19.16 ± 1.22 years, height 172.78 ± 10 cm, weight 65.74 ± 11.22 kg; female in 3071, with an average age of 19.12 ± 1.23 years, height 160.24 ± 5.52 cm, weight 52.00 ± 7.81 kg for a total of 6653 people. Boys and girls were part of normal levels. (2) The average male fitness parameters: BMI 22.0% ± 3.48, V-reach 31.20 ± 9.36 cm (medium), 30s sit-ups 23.49± 4.46 times (Bronze Medal), 60s sit-ups 42.11 ± 8.52 times (silver), standing long jump 212.59 ± 24.51 cm (medium), 1600 M run away 481.48 ± 68.75 seconds (Bronze Medal); female BMI was 20.23% ± 2.74 (normal), V-reach 35.19 ± 9.62 cm (Bronze Medal), 30s sit-ups 18.68 ± 3.88 times (Silver Medal), 60s sit-ups 32.81 ± 7.52 times (Bronze Medal), standing long jump 154.32 ± 20.89 cm (medium), 800 M run away 270.23 ± 36.55 seconds (Bronze Medal). Conclusion: In this study, Chung Yuan Christian University 93-96 year, freshman physical fitness test results: Our school males 30s sit-ups, 1600M, the females V-reach, 60s sit-ups, 800M, etc., the school average, reached the national norm, ”Bronze Medal” level; Male in 60s sit-ups and female's 30s sit-ups, the average reach to an average of all the national norm, ”silver” level. However, the males V-reach, standing long jump score of male and female average etc., the school average displays in the national norm ”medium” level. These results can help to understand the physical fitness weaknesses of school freshman and according to result to adjustment physical fitness course teaching focus in future. In addition, for avoid measuring differences in the results caused by resulting in data loss students in the future, the overall unity of physical fitness assessment, to enhance the assessment of consistency are necessary. Recently, the student's physical fitness assessment scores are decline and progressive increase gap. So, for physical fitness assessment's security important are trend of increase. Therefore, the norm in stages establish not only can be beneficial to adjust teach course target but also can assessment and understand each team's goal of vitality. |
