中文摘要 | 一般而言,科學園區高科技廠商之產品價值高、或易破損、或較為精密等,故廠商對物流作業之要求較為嚴格。因此,服務於科學園區之物流業者所擁有的車輛種類、對客戶的服務方式、貨品進出口作業、…等,均與一般物流業略有不同。據初步了解,此物流業者進行貨品運送作業須考量貨品收送性、取貨時間限制、車輛種類不同、整車運輸與零擔運輸等問題特性,而本研究則暫不討論零擔運輸業務,僅針對整車運輸部份進行探討,除了解其貨品運送問題之特性外,並建立相關數學模式及設計測試問題進行求解分析,依求解結果顯示,本研究所建立之數學模式能求解測試問題之正確解,故本研究成果應能提供後續研究與業者營運之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Generally speaking, the Hi-Tech products include some specific characteristics, such as high-price, strict precision, easy to break; therefore, Hi-Tech products have to be carried carefully by vehicles. These vehicles are usually provided by one third party logistics provider. The provider needs heterogeneous vehicles to serve different Hi-Tech companies and Hi-Tech products. Furthermore, one vehicle has to pick and deliver Hi-Tech products in one route, and the pickup time or delivery time of Hi-Tech product is constrained. Hi-Tech product needs full-truck-load carry service or less-than-truck-load carry service; therefore, the vehicles routing problem of the third party logistics provider is different from other third part logistics provider. In this paper, we only explored the vehicles routing problem with full-truck-load for the provider, and we have developed a model to solve the routing problem and we also designed some test problems to verify the model. The results indicated that the model could effectively solve these test problems. Furthermore, this study serves as a good reference for the follow-up study, and offers some ideas of routing for the third party logistics provider. |
