中文摘要 | 本研究透過參與縣市對學校的分區輔導會議的參與觀察、重要關鍵人士的團體訪談,以及伴隨新竹縣市精進計畫的協作等三條路徑,從理論與實踐現場的觀看與理解中,從專業協作與互助成事的理念下,針對目前既有的體系與正在建構的體系進行理論論述與實踐溝通,探尋在課程改革過程中可以實踐之地方─學校課程與教學專業協作途徑,並就觀念層面與具體實踐層面提出研究發現。 |
英文摘要 | This study was conducted through observation of district counseling conferences in schools held by cities and counties, group interviews of stakeholders, and the enhancement program in Hsinchu County. By having a further understand of theory and practice, this study figured out a practicable approach within the existing system and the constructing system-the collaborative approach of school curriculum and professional teaching. The results included the ideas and strategies of curriculum and teaching cooperation between Local goverment and schools. |
