中文摘要 | 在研究類比電路中而所提出電流式的四階帶通∕帶拒之柯爾橢圓濾波器,主要結構為只使用六個運算轉導放大器(OTA)與四個電容器所組成的電路,有較少之主動被動元件,其主要特色為皆用單端輸入的OTA與一端接地之電容的架構,可吸收降低OTA-C的寄生效應,且電路簡單,每個節點之分支數較少,在積體電路製程中可降低製程的面積。此篇論文中包含電路之描述、靈敏度性能之分析與使用0.35微米製程之H-Spice軟體模擬結果來印證理論的分析。 |
英文摘要 | Band-pass and band-reject elliptic filter has a better cut-off rate specification (namely a narrower transition band), but a complicated design procedure. The continuous-time analog filters are useful circuit blocks in modern microelectronic applications, such as control systems and communication systems. This study proposes a current-mode fourth-order elliptic Cauer filter employing only six operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) and four capacitors. This elliptic filter structure has less number of active and passive components, and the OTAs all single-ended-input and capacitors all grounded, thus can absorb and minimize the OTA-C parasitic effects. It is concluded that the simple circuit described, low sensitivity analysis and H-Spice simulation results of TSMC 0.35μm process. |
