中文摘要 | 烏溪水源豐沛,其於台中及埔里形成兩沖積盆地,盆地之沉積物厚,為烏溪流域主要的地下水資源蓄存區,因此,調查此地區地下水資源之可開發量,可提供未來該地區地下水資源開發與調配之參考。本研究使用MODFLOW軟體建立地下水流數值模式,以經濟部中央地質調查所針對烏溪流域山區地下水資源調查相關計畫之研究成果,以及經濟部水利署於台中與埔里盆地設置之地下水位觀測井資料,進行烏溪流域中上游地下水流數值模式建構與分析,並以建立之地下水流數值模式,進行研究區地下水之安全出水量與可開發量評估。本研究定義地下水安全出水量,為在不影響研究區原本水文系統狀態下,研究區可增加開採之地下水量。評估結果顯示,鳥溪流域中上游地區之地下水安全出水量約為每年280.4~282.5百萬噸。定義地下水可開發量,為單位地下水位洩降下,開發潛能區中可抽取之地下水量。烏溪流域中上游開發高潛能區位在台中盆地東部區域(區域A)與埔里盆地東北方區域(區域B)。地下水可開發量估算結果顯示,單位地下水位洩降下,高潛能A與B區地下水可開發量分別為每年631與26百萬噸,單位面積地下水可開發量則分別為每平方公里每年8與2百萬噸。本研究之結果可提供研究區未來地下水資源開發與管理之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The water resource is abundant in the Wu River Basin, where the Taichung and Puli basins are the main regions for groundwater storage due to a large thickness of alluvial sediments. It is important to investigate the exploitable quantity of groundwater resources in these regions. Therefore, this study developed a three-dimensional numerical model by using MODFLOW software and applied the model to evaluate the safe yield and exploitable quantity of groundwater in the Wu River Basin. The survey data and investigation results from the projects of Central Geological Survey and Water Resources Agency were used in this numerical modeling. The sustainable concept is adopted to evaluate the groundwater safe yield and exploitable quantity in the Wu River Basin. The safe yield of groundwater is defined as the excess groundwater quantity in the study area. The results showed that the safe yields in the mountainous region of Wu River Basin are about 280.4x10^6 ~ 282.5 x10^6 ton/year. The exploitable quantity of groundwater is defined as the pumping quantity under an unit drawdown of groundwater level in the exploitive potential zone. The high exploitive potential zones in the Wu River Basin are in the Taichung (zone A) and Puli (zone B) basins. The results showed that the exploitable quantities of groundwater under an unit drawdown of groundwater level are 631 x 1 06 and 26x 10^6 ton/year in the zones A and B, respectively, while those under both an unit drawdown of groundwater level and an unit area are 8x10^6 and 2x10^6 ton/year/km. The results obtained in this study can be used in groundwater resources management in the Wu River Basin. |
